🔄 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Stay Fresh With Peanut

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Our products are custom-poured concentrated fragrance oils and specialty items. Please order sample sizes first to ensure you love the fragrance before purchasing larger quantities.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Notifying us does not guarantee we can stop the order if it has already been processed.

• If you refuse delivery of a package, you are responsible for shipping charges. Store credit will be issued for the merchandise minus shipping and restocking fees.

📬 Shipping Address Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

• Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.

• If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

• If a package is shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot retrieve or return it.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been picked up for delivery.
  

• If shipping to a third-party address (friend, family, workplace), the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the address is correct.

• Tip: Double-check your shipping information at checkout, and make sure your billing and shipping addresses match when possible, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Restocking Fee: $20 will be charged for all cancellations.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days if your items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Eligible orders may receive a store credit, replacement, or refund, depending on product availability.

Our products are custom-poured concentrated fragrance oils. All sales are final unless damaged or incorrect. We strongly encourage customers to try a sample size first, if available, to find your perfect scent.

Fragrances are highly personal and subjective; what smells delightful to one person may not appeal to another. To keep costs fair for all customers, we cannot replace or refund products based solely on personal scent preference. We encourage customers to reach out to us first if they have questions or concerns about a fragrance before placing a larger order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Stay Fresh With Peanut is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during the return process.

⏳ Missing Items

• Report missing or defective items within 72 hours of delivery.

• Include a clear, legible photo of all items received showing product labels.

• Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final. Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Out-of-Stock Items – We do not back-order products. If any item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you via email and/or phone, and a credit will be issued for that item. Out-of-stock items must be reordered once they become available again.
