1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases for our Candle Studio Experience are non-refundable. Please carefully review your chosen date and time before completing your booking.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the start of your class. To transfer your ticket, please contact us with your order information and the name of the new attendee.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your ticket.
2. Punctuality
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Classes are 1.5 hours long, including instructions for blending and pouring candles.
We have a 15-minute cut-off window; participants arriving after this window may miss essential instruction and may not be able to complete the class. SFWP cannot be held responsible for any missed instruction due to late arrival.
3. Indemnity, Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Candle-making involves inherent risks, including hot wax, open flames, fragranced materials, and other tools or substances. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the class, including but not limited to:
- Burns, cuts, or other injuries
- Allergic reactions
- Property damage or other personal loss
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and exercise caution throughout the class.
By participating, you release and hold harmless SFWP | Stay Fresh with Peanut LLC, its owners, instructors, agents, and any affiliated parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, that may arise from or in connection with your participation in the class. This release includes claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, even if such claims result from the negligence, carelessness, or recklessness of the Released Parties.
By attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and waiver.
