How Does Curbside Pickup Work? Everything You Need to Know
What is Curbside Pickup?
Curbside pickup is placing an order online – via web or mobile and then driving to the store to pick it up. You never have to leave your vehicle. Guests park, pop the trunk, and staff sets the order for pickup inside the vehicle. It’s a quick way to get exactly what’s needed without waiting for the items to be shipped or standing in a long in-store purchase line. The goal is a seamless hand-off on guest arrival that delivers true convenience and saves time.
Order Online: Place your order online then select the date and time from the time slots offered.
Payment Method: The order is paid online, and your shipping is refunded back to your account after your order is picked up.
Order is Being Processed: Our staff will prepare your order and let you know when it is ready via email or text. Our staff will provide you with contact details to call them in case of need.
Notification: You will be notified by the staff member to collect the order. You will be asked to park in designated areas arranged for curbside pickup. Your confirmation email will include instructions on where to park and how to let us know you’ve arrived at the store. Make sure to bring your photo ID.
Pick Up Order: Let us know when you arrive at the designated area to pick up your order, and we’ll bring your items to you.

Curbside pickup is available Tuesday through Friday only.
Monday (We are closed, only online orders are shipped)
Tuesday 12 pm to 3 pm
Wednesday 12 pm to 3 pm
Thursday 9 am to 3 pm
Friday 9 am to 3 pm
