Processing Time: At the top of our website, you can find the current processing time in the "announcement bar". We update this bar regularly to reflect the changes. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We process orders on business days, Monday-Friday (subject to change) based on circumstances and order volume. Processing time does not include the shipping time.
Free UPS Shipping up to 99 lbs. (only for qualifying products): The qualifying order total is the subtotal on orders over $50 and up (AFTER the discount and BEFORE shipping, any sales taxes if applicable, and route protection shipping insurance). No exceptions! Free shipping within 48 contiguous United States. The carrier is selected by Stay Fresh with Peanut for Free Shipping only.

We don't currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes. Please note that delivery to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

AROMA BEADS & WAX: are eligible for Free Boomshakalaka shipping (excluding 1 lb. C55 wax sample). The price of these items, is included toward the qualifying order total, and will ship for free. Adding Aroma Beads with other items in your cart does not qualify your entire order to ship for free, unless your subtotal exceeds $50 and up.
Route Protection Shipping Insurance is not a qualifying product. Route is a third-party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.
Incorrect Address Policy
If you enter an incorrect address for your billing or shipping, we are not responsible. Prior to placing your order, please double check all information. The shipping labels will be sent to the address you provided. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-shipping an order if the shipping address provided is incorrect or invalid and the order is returned to us.
Packages returned back to us for incorrect addresses will be refunded minus the shipping charge. There will be no restocking fee for these packages.
Damaged Product in Transit Policy
It is our priority to ensure that products are packaged safely and securely. Your package is automatically insured in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Upon receiving damaged or leaking goods, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days to file a claim or contact Route directly.
If Route was removed at checkout, Stay Fresh with Peanut is not responsible for replacing or refunding damaged items. Please contact us if you need assistance filing a claim with the carrier.
UPS Ground standard shipping option, guaranteed delivery to it's destination in 1-5 business days insured up to $100.
We encourage all buyers to select the proper coverage to guarantee your item(s) are properly covered. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We currently ship only to USA.
Lost or Stolen Packages If you do not receive your package but tracking shows it has been delivered it is the recipients responsibility to make claims on damaged or missing goods via USPS and file a lost package claim.
