Processing Time
At the top of our website, you can find the current processing time in the "announcement bar". This bar is updated regularly to reflect any changes. Orders are processed on business days, Monday–Friday (subject to change based on order volume and circumstances). Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Why Our Flat Rate is Higher
We currently ship only via UPS. We do not use USPS unless specifically requested in advance and approved before your order is submitted.
We used USPS in the past, but experienced frequent delays and inconsistencies, which negatively impacted customer experience and our business. UPS provides a consistent, reliable shipping experience, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.

UPS Shipping Options

UPS Ground: Standard shipping with guaranteed delivery in 1–5 business days, including tracking and insurance up to $100.

We encourage all buyers to select proper coverage for high-value items. For items over $50, consider purchasing Route Shipping Protection.
Free Boomshakalaka Shipping (Qualifying Orders)

Free shipping applies to orders over $149 subtotal (after discounts, before shipping, taxes, or Route insurance).

Available within the 48 contiguous United States. Carrier is selected by Stay Fresh with Peanut.

Excludes: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, FedEx/UPS depot addresses, Flex Delivery addresses, remote locations, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

Unscented Aroma Beads & Wax (excluding 1 lb. C55 wax sample).

Qualifying order subtotal must exceed $149 for the entire order to ship free.

Wooden Dough Bowls, Clamshells, and Route insurance are not eligible for free shipping.
If your order does not meet free shipping requirements but was shipped free, we will provide an alternative shipping method and invoice you for shipping.
Incorrect Address Policy

Double-check all billing and shipping information before placing an order.

Shipping labels are sent to the address provided.

Buyers are responsible for any additional costs to reship due to incorrect addresses.

Packages returned for incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs. No restocking fee will apply.

📬 Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot retrieve or return it.

We are not responsible for errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been picked up for delivery.

If you notice an address mistake before the order ships, contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

If shipping to a third-party address (friend, family, workplace), the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the address is correct.

Tip: Double-check your shipping information at checkout, and make sure your billing and shipping addresses match when possible, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Damaged Product in Transit Policy
All packages are automatically insured up to $100 in case of lost, stolen, or damaged items. Processing claims through UPS may take time and is not immediate.
Route Shipping Protection is automatically added at checkout to cover your items 100%. Removing Route means your order will not be fully covered and UPS claims may take longer.
Steps for damaged goods:

File a claim with Route within 3 days of receiving damaged or leaking items. Failure to do so may result in a declined claim.

File your claim directly with Route here. Claims are typically approved within 24 hours.

Important: If Route was removed at checkout, Stay Fresh with Peanut is not responsible for replacement or refunds of damaged items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check if you have Route insurance on your order (listed in your order summary).

File a claim with Route 15 days after the order was processed and tracking number provided. Route will typically respond within 24 hours with either a replacement or refund.

Do not file a chargeback for lost or stolen packages. Chargebacks are only for unauthorized purchases made with stolen credit card information not for missing shipments. Filing a chargeback will result in:
