Sometimes your fragrance may come in multiple bottles, but you’ll always receive the full ounces you purchased.

We do our best to pour your fragrance oils into the exact bottle size you choose, but sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. A few reasons this may happen include:

• A stock adjustment was needed
  
• The fragrance oil’s thickness (viscosity) requires it to be poured into two bottles because it can overflow in just one
  
• A shipment of bottles is delayed

For example, if you order 16 oz, you might receive two 8 oz bottles. If you order 32 oz, you may receive two 16 oz bottles instead of one large one. Either way—you’ll always get the full amount you paid for.

We do this so you can get your fragrance oils as quickly as possible, without waiting on specific bottle shipments.

If for any reason we cannot complete your order, we’ll reach out right away and refund you for the missing fragrance.

Since your order is always complete in ounces, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds if your oils arrive in multiple bottles instead of the exact variant bottle size selected.

Through our thorough testing, we can guarantee that our aroma beads will absorb our fragrances in just 5 days or less when stored at room temperature >70F or greater and shaken at least 3 times a day.
