At Stay Fresh With Peanut, we understand that fragrance is highly personal and subjective. To help you find your perfect scent, we encourage all customers to try a sample size before purchasing a larger bottle.

Why Samples Matter

Final Sale Policy

  • All fragrance oils are final sale. To keep costs fair for all customers, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements based on personal scent preference.

  • This policy also applies to custom blends and gift cards.

Customers are fully responsible for selecting fragrances that meet their expectations. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Stay Fresh With Peanut is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during the return process.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

1. Sample First

We strongly encourage customers to purchase a sample size before committing to a larger bottle. Scent preferences are highly personal, and choosing a larger size without testing a sample first is done at your own risk.

2. Hygiene & Safety

Fragrance oils are personal-use products that may come into contact with skin. Once they leave our facility, they are considered compromised and cannot be restocked—even if unopened—due to the risk of contamination, allergic reactions, or adulteration.

3. Product Integrity

Fragrance oils can be diluted, altered, or tampered with after sale. To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot verify or resell any returned items.

4. Subjectivity of Scent

Fragrances are highly subjective. Body chemistry, personal preference, and application methods (such as air freshener, candle or soap making) can all affect the way a scent performs. For this reason, we cannot replace or refund items based on personal opinion of scent.

5. Final Sale Goods

Like many health, cosmetic, and personal care products, fragrance oils are final sale once purchased. This includes both standard bottles and any custom or bespoke blends.
