Guests will enjoy a live demonstration of how wine bottles are carefully cut and transformed into candle vessels, followed by a guided candle pour using premium wax and thoughtfully curated fragrances.
Each guest will receive a custom, personalized champagne-inspired label, created exclusively for their experience a finishing detail that transforms each bottle into a keepsake.

Kit Shipping Policy:
Virtual candle pouring experience include a curated candle-making kit shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping schedule:
• Virtual experience kits ship 5-7 business days before the live zoom class.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your kit has shipped.
Booking Cutoff
• Orders placed within 7 days of the class date are not guaranteed to arrive before the live session.
• Late bookings may receive kit materials after the scheduled class and can participate using the replay access.
Shipping Address Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost kits due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delays
• Once a kit has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
